The mainstay behind 4YBUSINESS is Rob Hendriks a telecom industry professional. A working and studying life in music – conservatory classical guitar -, history – MA with distinction - and teaching – first-degree history teacher – laid the base for his skills as learning person, manager, teacher, fast processor of information and writer of concise documentation.

As of the age of 35 he successfully built a career in the telecommunications industry. In 1996 he became responsible for training and education within EnerTel the start-up telecom company of the Dutch energy companies. Later as of '98 he was succesful as HR manager in recruiting, setting up training programs and advising on a reorganization.

End ’99 he joined the global player Ericsson. After working one year in the training department as an advisor and project-manager he became MT-member of Customer Network Support. In the period 2001 until 2006 he led various product-groups. He co-operated in making new initiatives such as off-shoring a success. During a 9 months assignment he rolled out the customer support process and tools in the R&D environment of Ericsson – worldwide 45 locations from Sjanghai till Boulder Colorado. As of July 2007 he worked in one of Ericsson’s Network Operating Centers where some 20 customer networks were managed. Here he further professionalized the Operations Support Department, responsible for a.o. things sales support and the project office. As Customer Support and NOC duty manager he gained a lot of experience in managing outages in customer networks.

October 2007 he founded 4YBUSINESS to even better shape his broad focused professional life. In short a generalist with in-depth knowledge.
